PR & INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Job Objective/Summary:

Responsible for maintaining the image and reputation of the bank, timely dissemination of information to gain public confidence, shaping positive perception, and influencing favourable public opinion among critical stakeholders of the Bank.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Defining the corporate brand image positioning and profiling.
  • CEO’s profiling and thought leadership positioning.
  • Executive Management profiling and industry leadership position.
  • Development of yearly PR strategy and tactics.
  • Development of press releases for products and brand promotions.
  • Media relations and management facilitate a cordial relationship with the media.
  • Event reporting and syndication.
  • General content writing, and editing for the bank’s blogs and website.
  • Investor relations and institutional newsletters.
  • Daily online monitoring of competitors’ activities for benchmarking, trend marking, and landmarking.
  • Products and corporate brand PR promotions.
  • Market analysis, perception audit, brand sentiments analysis, and forecasting.
  • Internal Communications and Employee Engagement.
  • Develop and deploy Staff brand immersion.
  • Develop and deploy employee work-life balance initiatives.
  • Develop internal product and brand adoption strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • First Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, or other related courses.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience gained within a structured corporate institution or PR agency environment.
  • Excellent understanding of the application of PR to brand positioning and product development for profitability is highly required.
