Job Objective/Summary:

Responsible for developing digital marketing strategies and tactics to promote the bank’s products and services to key target audiences with evidence of measurable impact.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing the bank’s digital strategy.
  • Develop and update Digital and social media marketing policies.
  • Research and online competition analysis.
  • Online stakeholder engagement.
  • Products and services online marketing/sales tactics development.
  • Customer digital onboarding and life cycle journey management.
  • Website management.
  • Digital and social media audit.
  • Online creative content strategy development and curation.
  • Corporate digital brand promotions.
  • Online and digital monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
  • Online digital advertising.
  • Creating of online asset.
  • Identifying strategic Digital & Social media partnerships.

Job Requirements:

  • First Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, or other related courses.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience gained within a structured corporate institution or Digital Marketing agency environment.
  • Excellent understanding of the application of digital and social media to brand positioning and product promotions for profitability is highly required.
