Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers, responding to questions and giving information to the customers.
- Providing recommendations and sharing product knowledge with customers.
- Managing financial transactions and processing payments.
- Preparing merchandise and designing displays.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy space.
- Assisting with inventory.
- Handling refunds, returns, and customer complaints.
- Alerting management of potential security issues.
- Creating a positive customer experience and work environment.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification – OND.
- Proven work experience in retail sales or a similar role.
- Preferably female.
- Not more than 27 years old.
- Candidates must reside within Ikeja or its environs.
