We are a fast-growing property development and management company focused on building a strong portfolio within the middle and high-end real estate market.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager with a proven track record in the property development space. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, drive business growth, and oversee operations to position the company competitively in both local and international real estate markets.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Group CEO and will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s vision.

 Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company’s operations
• Drive business development initiatives and expand the company’s real estate portfolio.
• Oversee property development projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure effective management of resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in the real estate market.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Lead, mentor, and manage teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Monitor market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
• Professional certification in any of the following fields: Building, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Estate Management.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a real estate or property development company.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a mid-management position with strong leadership exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth and manage real estate development projects.
