BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DEPUTY MANAGER

Job Description

The Business Development Deputy Manager will be responsible for sourcing new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients, achieving allocated sales revenue targets, and contributing to the development of the company’s marketing and sales plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for sourcing new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Arrange for meetings and presentations.
  • Achieve allocated sales revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular market intelligence activities.
  • Contribute to the development of healthcare plans.
  • Contribute to the development of the company’s marketing and sales plan.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum of BSc in Marketing or any Management related course.
  2. Minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience in the HMO or Insurance industry.
  3. Knowledge of the operations of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) and medical will be an added advantage.
  4. Excellent selling and customer relationship skills.
  5. Good communication/presentation skills (both oral and written)
