Job Objective/Summary:

The Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in the Innovation Hub, contributing to the digital transformation agenda by analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and proposing innovative solutions. This role is essential for translating business requirements into actionable insights and collaborating with cross- functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Elicitation: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and manage business requirements.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze and map existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Solution Design: Develop detailed business cases, user stories, and functional specifications for technology solutions.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to extract insights, inform decision-making, and identify trends.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Plan and execute UAT to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Requirements Accuracy: Percentage of requirements accurately translated into technical specifications.
  • Project Timelines: Adherence to project timelines and deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from stakeholders on solution effectiveness.
  • Process Efficiency: Measurable improvements in business process efficiency.


Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial or technology industry.
  3. Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
  4. Strong understanding of business processes.
