Job Description:

  • Responsible for effectively managing wholesale field officers, Business supervisors to deliver on the Business objectives
  • Coaching, evaluating, and monitoring team’s performance.
  • Drive the team to exceed sales targets set for Area.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customers relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Expand the customer base of the Area through, Wholesalers, and Retailers recruitment.
  • Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole and developing strategies to meet set goals.
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures to aid decision making.

 

Skills/Competence:

  • Must have experience in Wholesale Channel sales.
  • Have strong business and exposure to wholesale sales of non-food portfolio.
  • Ability to lead and manage field sales teams.
  • Have excellent sales and persuasion skills.
  • Must have a good verbal and written communication skills.

 

Job Specification:

  • Must possess a minimum of HND qualification
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years work experience in sales
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in FMCG Non – Foods.
